Im having the same issue. Fuel is pooling up on top of the filter housing. Not sure where its coming from. I put a new oring on the bleeder screw, but it didnt help. I ordered the rebuild kit and an aluminum bleeder screw. Hope it works. Heres a video of a rebuild. YouTube
